I was born in Anaheim, California and relocated to Winston-Salem, North Carolina in 2017. I particularly specialize in creating paintings that allow for playful expression to speak through the foundations of traditional oil painting techniques. One of my greatest pleasures is building warm, tender scenes that connect affectionately with the viewer, through representing the world in a loving, forgiving lens.

In my creating process, I design my scenes with the intention of my work being seen in collectors’ homes, making their space feel more welcoming and earnestly their own. I usually begins a piece by observing natural color schemes in wildlife, create compositional sketches, then build the paintings from there.
